I signed up to a yearly membership after trying one ‘taster class’. Although at the time it seemed like a large financial commitment , I was so impressed by the package. Nue Ground the cafe had been a favourite of mine since it opened - for its delicious healthy food, fine coffee and ambiance.  And the offer of three free meals and a wellness shot after every class was definitely an added bonus. 

Nue Grounds studios is of course, a beautiful space, but it’s the instructors that make it such a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. With an annual pass I have been able to visit the studio 4-6 times a week enjoying a mixture of Pilates or Yoga classes - all very different. Some are challenging whilst others offer  relaxation, mindfulness and meditation. 

What’s been remarkable about my own personal journey is the impact it has had on my mental and physical health. As an older women I was sceptical about the results I might achieve but I have felt empowered by the teachers, and as a result, I  have never felt as strong, balanced, grounded and confident in what my body and mind can achieve. 

It’s lovely that both the instructors and the cafe staff are so friendly and warm. London can be a lonely place but Nue Ground offers you a way to connect, to be  with people, with and without words, and to feel part of a community of all ages -  one that seems to genuinely care about mine and other's well being.

I have been a fan of Nue ground since the day the café opened, so was absolutely buzzing when I heard they were opening a studio next door. It’s been an absolute game changer to my workouts and I’m loving every minute. The classes are brilliant, the instructors are great and even more of a bonus is the free health shot after (and meals)!
